One of the most frequents questions is which places are worth visiting in Australia. Well, lists of 10 tourist attractions have been selected by our experienced travel consultants. However there are at least 30 more places that should not be missed while visiting the great destination of Australia.

Sydney – Is the main entry point in Australia for most people, and the city offers many interesting sites to visit such as the Opera House, Darling Harbor with marine aquarium, lots of Shopping malls, museums, and it worth a visit to the other side of the bay including the Zoo and the beach of mainly. Visiting the downtown tower (Sydney Tower) will have a complete view of the city from the top. The Blue Mountains will provide a beautiful panorama of the valley. The nightlife in Sydney is one of the most active in all Australia.

Sydney Attractions:
Cairns – is a small city with many things you can do around, they are fantastic, such as the Great Barrier Reef (and if you can go to the outside reefs better, as the inside reefs are not so spectacular, although the cost will be well more expensive.). The Cable Car until Kuranda over the rainforest offers unique views and you can go for a stroll and watch the waterfalls and forest in a closer look. Other day tours worth to visit such is Port Douglas and a little further Daintree National Park (considered the forest with the biggest variety of plants per square meter on the planet).

Cairns /Cairns Attractions:
Gold Coast – coast city with pretty beaches, special for surfers and beach lovers. Other attractions are many Theme Parks and the busy night life in Surfers Paradise. Fraser Island – a very nice and special place access only with 4 wheel drive cars or tours driving on the sand. Nature at its best, spectacular clear lakes and lots to see, fish and re- lax. World Heritage Listed at the southern coast of Queensland close to Sunshine Coast, Noosa is a small town in the way to Fraser Island very interesting to visit or stay leaving from Brisbane, the capital of Queensland.

Fraser Island / Brisbane attractions:
Magnetic Island – In front of Townsville, with fantastic beaches. 2/3 of the Island is considered National Park with diversify wild life and many colonies of Koalas and Kangaroos to be seen in their natural habitat with fantastic beaches and treks to walk.

Ayers Rocks – is also known as Uluru located in the heart of Australia, close to the city of Al- ice springs? It is the biggest rock monolith in the world and a sacred place to the Aborigines. Great Ocean Road – about 3 hours driving from Melbourne, following the coast and mountains. The erosion caused by the sea and winds created giant monoliths of rock, called The 12 Apostles. (Now only 8 remains stand- ing). Melbourne is an excellent urban city to visit, being the F! Pilots the preferred city circuit. The international atmosphere and multiculturalism, nightlife, and the variety of excellent restaurants, makes Melbourne a must visit city in Australia.
